Please read these terms carefully before using ArtsFlick's photo editing tools and services.
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply when you use artsflick.com, including the online photo editor and the image tools ("ArtsFlick"), which are run by a small independent team ("we", "us"). By using ArtsFlick you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle your data.
Everything you create with ArtsFlick belongs to you. We do not claim any rights to your images or designs, and downloads carry no ArtsFlick watermark.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use the images you edit, and for how you use the results. Do not use ArtsFlick with images you are not allowed to use, such as someone else's copyrighted photos without permission.
ArtsFlick gives you access to content made by others. Each kind comes with its own licence, and you are responsible for following it:
If you plan to use any of this content in a logo, a product for sale or a paid campaign, check its licence first.
When using ArtsFlick, you agree not to:
The ArtsFlick name and logo, the design of the website, and the text, images and code we created belong to the ArtsFlick team. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission. This does not apply to your own designs, or to third-party content covered by its own licence (see section 5).
Some parts of ArtsFlick rely on other services, such as Google and GitHub for signing in, Pixabay for stock photos and Iconify for icons. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for those services.
ArtsFlick is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises about the service beyond those in these terms, for example that it will meet your specific needs. Always keep your own copies of images that matter to you.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of ArtsFlick, or from not being able to use it, such as loss of data, profit or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, for example liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
We may update these terms when ArtsFlick changes or when the law requires it. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site. Continuing to use ArtsFlick after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection that the mandatory laws of your country of residence give you, and you can bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
